Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• Final payment must be completed before the charter begins.
• Payment can be made via Credit Card, or other methods as specified during booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customer Cancellations:
  • Up to 7 days before charter: Full refund.
  • 3–6 days before charter: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund.
• Operator Cancellations:
  If we must cancel due to weather or technical reasons, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Security Deposit

• Before embarking on a tour or renting the yacht, we require a security deposit of 2.000,-€.
• We can either charge to your credit card or, upon request, accept in cash.
• The security deposit will be released immediately after the tour has been completed and the yacht has been inspected for damage.
• Any damage caused by the customer's negligence will be immediately deducted from the deposit.

4. Charter Conditions

• The captain has full authority over the vessel and passenger safety.
• Passengers must follow all safety instructions and behave responsibly.
• No illegal substances or dangerous items are allowed on board.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the yacht.
• We reserve the right to end the trip early if rules are violated.
• The sound system available on the yacht may only be used at room volume after 22:00 p.m.
• Bringing pets is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

• Passengers participate at their own risk.
• We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
• Please take care of your personal belongings; we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

6. Weather Policy

• Charters may be rescheduled or canceled if sea or weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
• The final decision is at the discretion of the captain and/or management.

7. Photography & Media

• We may take photos/videos during charters for promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to appear in our media, please inform us in advance.
• Unless the customer expressly consents to their identity being recognized, we will capture and edit the images and videos in such a way that the customer's identity remains protected.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws.
• Data collected during booking will be used solely for communication and service purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts in Tenerife.
